Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping for US orders over $75.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ArenaRex.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
ArenaRex.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Customs fees are very random and vary by country. We cannot predict what fees or taxes you may incur. Expect to pay some kind of fee or taxes. Before placing an order please contact your local customs office to find out what fees you can expect.
Packages will not be marked as “gift” or “sample”

International Shipping Policy and FAQ
What are your International Shipping options?
We ship USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail Express International, and USPS Priority Mail International.
First class international is the cheapest option and will get your package to you most of the time. It is the slowest speed. We cannot insure or guarantee delivery. Most packages are transferred to your country's postal service for final delivery. If your country's postal service is inefficient or is known for losing packages consider selecting Priority shipping.
Priority Mail International and Express international are much faster, offer better tracking and include $200 insurance.

Will I need to pay customs fees, taxes and or delivery fees? How much will they be? Will you pay them for me?
Customs fees/taxes/delivery charges are very random and vary by country. We cannot predict what fees or taxes you may incur. Expect to pay some kind of fee or taxes. Before placing an order, please contact your local customs office to find out what fees you can expect. Any and all fees imposed are your responsibility.
Please do not ask us to mark your package as a gift or adjust prices on the customs form. This is illegal and we can be fined for doing so.
My package hasn’t arrived!
First, double check the tracking information, your package may be in customs. If that’s no help give your local postal service a call. Have your tracking number ready. If neither of those options are successful we will do our best to help locate the package. However we cannot guarantee refunds for lost orders.
If I decide that the customs fees are too high can I refuse delivery?
If you choose not to pay your customs fees. We will refund your order less shipping and a 20% restocking fee once they are returned, if they are returned in sellable order. These packages are occasionally lost or destroyed by the customs office. Transit times back to us can be months.
Package returned undeliverable.
On rare occasions international orders are returned to us. If this occurs you will be refunded less shipping costs.
